A downloadable game

This game is still under development but i'll keep everyone updated on everything thru devlogs!

There's no playable version of the game atm but yeah.
It'll be a more traditional tower defense game focused on world gimmicks and tower variety alongside other cool gimmicks
I want the game to have a cute and chill look to counter me wanting to make it quite challenging.

What are you planning for the game?

Right now it'll be a linear tower defense game with your basic world system, play levels, unlock new towers and worlds, keep progressing till you beat the game, very simple.

I want the game to focus on tower/enemy variety so people can come up with their own strategies.

The game will have a tower/enemy filtering system, basically there's ground, air-born and underground enemies, only certain towers can attack ground enemies for example, others can only attack air-born ones, others can attack both, the list goes on.

The enemies will spawn at a box from 1 side of the map and walk towards the hive, if too many enemies enter the hive you lose!

Some enemies will be able to attack your towers so there'll be a few specific towers like the hive wall that will protect them for as long as the wall lasts!!!

Oh and there'll be special paths for specific types of enemies, like lake paths that only air-borns will go over since they can fly, or high hill paths that makes ground enemies immune to attacks until they go back to a regular path to name a few examples

Now about the towers, they'll cost combs, combs are generated by your hive that you can defend, it'll make 1 comb every few seconds, whenever it gets hit it will immediately make a few combs to help you out.

There will be a bumblebee tower that can be planted on flowers (that aren't always present in every level)and they will also produce combos

Whenever you place down a tower, it's cost increases by 1, but goes down by 1 if it dies or gets removed by the player.

There will not be any tower upgrades, again i wanna focus on variety and too many tower upgrades would make that pointless imo

I might also implement someday daily and weekly levels for ppl who wanna play the game more after beating it 100%, tho i will say, each level will have a few difficulties and trophies, a time trophy, a health trophy and a  third one i'm unsure yet, kinda like a 3 stars system, but every level will be always the same in the topic of what enemies spawn in

Maybe in the future i might also implement some sort of level editor but that's for the future :>
